Legal
Terms & Conditions
The agreement that would sit between a charging operator and the people who use its network.
1. Acceptance
Using the website, the application or any charging point on the network means accepting these terms. If you are agreeing on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. Accounts
Some services require an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the details you provide, for keeping your credentials secure, and for activity carried out under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe an account has been used without your permission.
3. Using the network
Charging points are provided for the charging of road-legal electric vehicles fitted with a compatible inlet. Before starting a session, confirm the connector matches your vehicle and that the cable and equipment are undamaged. Do not use a charging point that appears damaged — report it instead.
- Bays are for vehicles that are actively charging.
- Host properties may apply their own parking rules, including overstay charges, in addition to charging tariffs.
- Adapters and third-party accessories are used at your own risk.
4. Pricing and payment
Tariffs are shown in the application and at the charging point before a session starts. Energy is billed per kilowatt-hour. Subscription plans are billed in advance and renew until cancelled. Applicable taxes are added at the prevailing rate. Prices may change, and any change takes effect at the start of the next billing cycle for subscribers.
5. Availability
We aim to keep every charging point in service, but availability is not guaranteed. Sites may be closed for maintenance, grid work, host property restrictions or events outside our control. Availability information shown in the application is provided in good faith and may not always reflect the state of a site at the moment you arrive.
6. Safety and vehicle damage
Follow your vehicle manufacturer’s instructions for charging. Do not leave a charging session unattended for longer than necessary in a location where doing so would be unsafe. Where a defect in our equipment causes damage to a vehicle, claims are handled under the liability terms below and through our insurers.
7. Acceptable use
Do not tamper with, reverse engineer or interfere with charging equipment or the software that operates it; do not resell charging without a written agreement; do not use the service for anything unlawful; and do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform.
8. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited by law. Subject to that, liability arising out of the service is limited to the amount you paid for charging in the twelve months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit or loss of opportunity.
9. Suspension and termination
An account may be suspended or closed where these terms are breached, where payment fails, or where use of the network creates a safety risk. You may close your account at any time; amounts already incurred remain payable.
10. Governing law
These terms would be governed by the laws of India, with the courts at Gurugram, Haryana having jurisdiction, unless mandatory consumer protection rules in your location provide otherwise.
